This Campus of the Future convening brought together faculty, staff, and guest scholars to explore how universities can more intentionally organize around communities of scholarship and learning. Through presentations and small-group dialogue, participants examined how higher education can better support student success.
Key themes included the visibility of staff contributions, the importance of navigating institutional complexity with transparency, and the need for stronger coordination across units. Insights from the event are already shaping the next phase of the Campus of the Future initiative, with a focus on strengthening collaboration across roles and broadening participation.
