On March 10, 2026—in honor of Campus of the Future Month—U-M faculty, staff, and campus partners gathered to explore how high-impact practices (HIPs) can expand experiential learning across the university. Featuring keynote speaker Jillian Kinzie (NSSE), the conference highlighted initiatives such as the expansion of UROP, the LSA Opportunity Hub partnership with Podium, and the Co-Curricular Transcript pilot.
The event fostered meaningful cross-campus collaboration and will inform efforts over the next two years to expand equitable access to experiential learning and better prepare students for both careers and civic life.
