What is Barco ClickShare:Barco ClickShare is a wireless system that connects your laptop to a room’s AV equipment (camera, microphone, speakers, and display), making it easy to share your screen and audio for both in-person meetings and online video calls and presentations.
How It Works:- ClickShare Button: Plug the USB Button into your laptop, click the Button, and your screen is wirelessly displayed.

Support for Barco ClickShare is organized into three tiers based on issue severity.
- The department provides Tier 1 support and encompasses basic end-user and hardware troubleshooting
- Tier 2 support involves more advanced hardware and application troubleshooting and can be provided by HITS Audio Visual Support, the department, or a U of M Strategic Supplier
- Tier 3 support*, provided by HITS Audio Visual Services, handles networking and more advanced troubleshooting steps
*ONLY escalate tickets to Tier 3, the Audio-Visual Services team, after ALL troubleshooting steps from Tier 1 and Tier 2 have been thoroughly exhausted. It is crucial to ensure that every possible solution at these levels has been attempted before moving to Tier 3 support
