Technology can be a powerful tool in creating an inclusive campus. We would like to discuss why providing inclusive options is important, what inclusive features we've recently added, and what we want to do going forward. Some topics will include:

• Why is supporting pronouns so important?
• Recently added features to MCommunity
• Pronouns
• NameCoach
• Implementing pronoun support in Zoom
• What do we think should be possible in the future?
• Ideas to build inclusion into the development lifecycle
• Considerations: some people want their pronouns shown everywhere to everyone, but some want more control - show one set to some people and a different set (or none) to other people
