To learn to their fullest potential, students must DO something. With the shift to online instruction, students are often asked to passively read, listen to a lecture, or watch a video. However, students are not always challenged to apply and analyze the knowledge that they gain from these learning activities.

What can we do about this instructional barrier? Enter Adobe Creative Cloud! U-M recently became a fully licensed Adobe Creative Campus, opening the door to endless creative opportunities for both students and instructors alike. With Adobe Creative Cloud, Instructors and students can create engaging content with apps like Adobe Creative Cloud Express and Adobe Rush. Many Adobe apps are easy to use and learn, allowing students and instructors to easily modify template-ready graphics and visually appealing presentations. Users can also create quick videos, resumes, social media graphics, and edit projects on the go with Adobe's mobile applications.

This hands-on session will provide examples of how to utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to promote student-centered remote teaching. This session will empower instructors and students to increase digital fluency, creativity, and engagement in U-M courses, regardless of course format.
